Rum?

I have been reading more and more about my beloved spirit........

Drink Dogma had something very interesting to share on the subject.

I am happy to see some discussion on Rum that doesn't involve a Mojito or "Tall-Fruity Drinks." And I am really happy to see someone who's taste in liquors I trust come around to the realization that Rum really is a quality spirit and worthy of comparison to other 'finer' spirits.
